Based on the crystal structure of a human beta2-adrenergic receptor-T4, lysozyme fusion protein bound to the partial inverse agonist carazolol at, 2rh1.pdb, we have created a model of 5-HT1A receptor. Further, we have build a model of 5-HT1A Receptor dimer, based on the 1n3m.pdb model of rhodopsin oligomer.
