Crystal Structure of Thioredoxin Glutathion Reductase (2v6o)
Thioredoxin Glutathion Reductase (TGR) is an enzyme which bridges two detoxification pathways. It is composed of a small glutaredoxin domain at the N-terminal and a large thioredoxin reductase one at the C-terminal. The images at the left and at the right correspond to one representative TGR, i.e. the crystal structure of Thioredoxin Glutathion Reductase from Schistosoma mansoni (2v6o).
