Beta-ketoacyl carrier protein reductase (BKACPR) catalyzes the reaction of conversion of 3-hydroxyacyl-[acyl-carrier-protein] to 3-oxoacyl-[acyl-carrier-protein] while using NADPH as a reducing agent. BKACPR is part of the fatty acid biosynthesis pathway.
