Well the answer is yes but there a protein that relaxes and untangles DNA,it is called Topoisomerases.Topoisomerases is a protein that untangles and relax DNA. == Function == Topoisomerases wraps itself around DNA and makes a cut in one strand. While holding that damaged area, the enzyme allows the helix to spin, relaxing any tangled or untangled. After DNA relaxed,topoisomerase reconnects the broken strand, then returning DNA double helix back. == Structural Properties == Topoisomerases is mostly apla heliex,it also has beta sheet's and that concect each other.
