We have solved the crystal structure of an all-RNA hammerhead ribozyme, having a single 2'-O-methyl cytosine incorporated at the active site to, prevent cleavage. We have solved the crystal structure of an all-RNA hammerhead ribozyme having a single 2'-O-methyl cytosine incorporated at the active site to prevent cleavage.
