Alpha-S1-Casein (αs1-CN) is a calcium-phosphate binding protein found in bovine milk along with other caseins, including αs2-, β-, and κ-casein.[1] Although αs1-CN is the predominant protein in bovine milk, it is not present in all mammal milks, notably [2] [3]
