I must say, that division looks nifty.

I never look at this 'discussion' page. I would appreciate it if you email me at '''emartz AT microbio DOT umass DOT edu''' instead of putting messages on this page. Thanks, [[User:Eric Martz|Eric Martz]] 20:59, 1 January 2011 (IST)

Hi Eric,
+
-

+
-
Got your message. Are you sure the file loads properly in a different Jmol (like in FirstGlance?).
+

+

The error is:
+
-
script ERROR: Error reading file at line 60:

REMARK 350 BIOMT3 1 0.00000 0.00000 1.00000 0.00000

Which seems to me like Jmol is having problems reading the file.

Hi Eric,

Try to refrain from writing emails in plain text in Proteopedia. Instead enclose the email in <nowiki><email></email></nowiki> tags that change the text into an image. As an example, here is my email: <email>eran.hodis@weizmann.ac.il</email>

Hi Eric,

+

I mentioned the "Highest Impact Structures of All Time" page in the lecture at Erice to try to pass along the idea that Proteopedia can be a discussion venue as well as to spur contribution from people appalled that Eric Martz is currently the end-all-be-all in determining which structures are the Highest Impact of All Time. :) Hopefully we will get some more contributions to that page eventually.

Dear Eric,

What do you think about moving "Recoverin, a calcium-activated myristoyl switch" to "Recoverin"?

Hi Eric,
+
-
It's 3:35 am (here in the US) and while editing the Nobel Prize page, I notice that the page is being edited by Eric Martz. Just wanted to say good morning, or good night, whichever it is. Oh by the way I fixed the "skip transition" bug and updated the scene on that page -- I sent you an email about it.

== licenses for pdb uploads? ==

What sort of license does one use when uploading a pdb file that was generated by the <span class="plainlinks">[http://molmovdb.mbb.yale.edu/molmovdb/morph/ Yale Morph Server]</span> from 2 pdb files? I know the contents of the pdb are public domain, but I'm not sure about the status of files output by the Morph Server.--[[User:Daniel Seeman|Daniel Seeman]] 22:21, 25 November 2008 (IST)
