1nsb_mmol.pdb display problems

Hi Eric,

Got your message. Are you sure the file loads properly in a different Jmol (like in FirstGlance?).

The error is: script ERROR: Error reading file at line 60: REMARK 350 BIOMT3 1 0.00000 0.00000 1.00000 0.00000 null

Which seems to me like Jmol is having problems reading the file.

emails in ppdia

Hi Eric,

Try to refrain from writing emails in plain text in Proteopedia. Instead enclose the email in <email></email> tags that change the text into an image. As an example, here is my email:

highest impact structures of all time

Hi Eric,

I mentioned the "Highest Impact Structures of All Time" page in the lecture at Erice to try to pass along the idea that Proteopedia can be a discussion venue as well as to spur contribution from people appalled that Eric Martz is currently the end-all-be-all in determining which structures are the Highest Impact of All Time.  :) Hopefully we will get some more contributions to that page eventually.
