Crystal Structure of Homoaconitase (2pkp)
Homoaconitase is an enzyme which catalyzes the dehydratiuon of cis-homoaconitate to homoisocitric acid. It is found in mitochondria of some fungi. The images at the left and at the right correspond to one representative Homoaconitase, i.e. the crystal structure of Homoaconitase from Methanococcus janaschii (2pkp).
