Crystal Structure of kynurenine 3-monooxygenase (KMO-396Prot-Se)
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 23575632
Function
[KMO_YEAST] Catalyzes the hydroxylation of L-kynurenine (L-Kyn) to form 3-hydroxy-L-kynurenine (L-3OHKyn). Required for synthesis of quinolinic acid.[1] [2]
About this Structure
4j2w is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Saccharomyces cerevisiae s288c. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
