Introduction

This structure of CaM bound to the eNOS CaM binding domain peptide has been obtained thanks to a solution NMR[1], a nuclear magnetic resonance that enables the determination of structures but also interactions between molecules.

The 3D structure shown here represents an interaction between  : CaM protein, colored in green, and the CaM binding domain of eNOS, colored in purple.
