DNA Helicase
Helicase unwinds DNA in replication by cleaving the hydrogen bonds between the complementary nucleotides.
Function
By cleaving the hydrogen bonds between the complementary nucleotides, Helicase allows DNA polymerase to have access to each DNA strand in order to replicate each strand.
