Binding site of methylcobalamin (MeCo) overlaps with that of incoming nucleotide. The Cryo‐EM structure of SCV2‐nsp12 in complex with RNA bearing remdesivir monophosphate (RMP) at the 3′ end of the primer (7BV2) and the model of the SCV2‐nsp12:methylcobalamin complex was superimposed. The surface of the protein molecule is shown and the RNA is shown in cartoon representation. The incoming nucleotide and methylcobalamin are displayed in stick representation and colored blue and light orange, respectively. The vitamin B12 binding site overlaps with that of the incoming nucleotide and the terminal primer nucleotide
