In conclusion we learned that neither glucose or guanosine were substrates. This project also made us realize just how frustrating research can be. We also hope that the research we did can help groups in the future that work with this protein. Some other things that we learned was amazing pipetting skills that we can take with us in future classes and our careers in the future.
