Problems

• (1) Loading, please wait: message appears twice on seeded pages, i.e: http://proteopedia.openfox.io/w/2lev

• (2) no structure page: See http://proteopedia.openfox.io/w/Test01 , applet should show only the message "I'm ready Click on a green link", instead, it loads a missing structure.

• (3) no applet on [Show preview] when editing a page

• (4) cellular phone/tablet: some pages don't render properly on iPhone, possibly also on other cellular phones and tablets (i.e. http://proteopedia.openfox.io/w/3ef8 ).

• (5) cellular phone/tablet: some pages (i.e. http://proteopedia.openfox.io/w/Journal:Acta_Cryst_D:S205979832000772X) render content on iPhone but text area scrolling and buttons under the applet don't work

• (6) mail: tool "email this user' returns Unknown error in PHP's mail() function.

• (7) mail: never received email with a requested temporary password, possibly same error.

• (8) problems on some of the pages:
  • (8a) Jmol popup: button popup under the applet opens a popup window without content.
  • (8b) missing content/ligands: http://proteopedia.openfox.io/w/2dan
  • (8c) slow loading: i.e: http://proteopedia.openfox.io/w/Hemoglobin
  • (8d) double structure loading by Jmol:, evident on http://proteopedia.openfox.io/w/Hemoglobin where the first structure is incorrect.

• (9) permissions: user student allowed to create pages with any name. Must start with Sandbox

• (10) SAT Scene Authoring Tool
  • (10a) missing controls/options under applet
  • (10b) Undo-Redo not working
  • (10c) Save scene
    • (10c-1) missing preview of caption under applet
    • (10C-2) button Insert scene link not working
  • (10b) Load scene
    • (10b-1) not showing list of scenes lo to load
  • (10c)Colors
    • (10c-1) missing colors palette
  • (10d)Labels
    • (10d-1) mouse click select not working
    • (10d-2) show measurements not working
