Related Structure

Information on related structures is derived mainly from the Protein Data Bank.

Entries listed as Related can be ones which are in the same citation or they could be the same protein in different experiment conditions, etc., but not necessarily in the same citation or from the same authors. In general the authors provide the related entries and PDB normally do not update this category unless the author requests it or unless the the annotators identify that several entries belong to the same citation.

The list of related structures for a given entry is not complete and it must be considered as a guidance.
