All I did was use find and replace to edit file you sent earlier. It did take sometime after I uploaded it and got the upload details page for it to actually be available to scene authoring tools.

Default colors are from Jmol. I woud suggest coloring and representing as you want and make your own scene.

All I did was use find and replace to edit file you sent earlier. It did take sometime after I uploaded it and got the upload details page for it to actually be available to scene authoring tools.
