Assignment 10: IVA: ATP Binding site: Map the ATP binding site; indicate which residues stabilize ATP binding; indicate which residues are important for activity and how they contribute to catalysis.

Pretty good start. You have pretty much completed the assignment. I do have several suggestions.
1. Coordinate your text with more than one WIKI applet showing the important residues involved in stabilizing binding and catalysis.
2. The reference format needs to be changed—please use the type I use.
3. The applet could be positioned better in the document.
4. Use subscripts and superscripts and other symbols when appropriate.
5. Remove Goals in final submission.
6. The title is too broad and does not provide an expectation to the content of the WIKI.
7. Please use the prokaryote version--PDB codes are in my introduction.
8. Need better annotation of the active site--start out broadly showing site and then focus on specific groups.
9. Put WIKIs in the table to show where the residues are inside the protein.
Grade 8.5 out of 9.
