Figure 1 structure shows T7 polymerase with simplification to just show Residue R632 and Y639 binding nucleotide chains.

Figure 2 structures shows T7 polymerase. Specifically those show intensified residue from 28 to 60. For "Original" structure intensified residues are brown where as for "New" structure intensified residues are green. "Original" structure and "new" structure are from two different experiments. "New" structure show initiation of polymerization. "Original" structure show transition from initiation to elongation.
