We apologize for Proteopedia being slow to respond. For the past two years, a new implementation of Proteopedia has been being built. Soon, it will replace this 18-year old system. All existing content will be moved to the new system at a date that will be announced here.

Kim Johnson's Problem Set Scenes
Use the scene authoring tools to make and save a scene and then edit the applet tag (above this text in the editing view) to specify the scene you saved, such as with the text ' scene='Sandbox/TestScene/1' .'
In the editing window, it should look something like this when you are done:
- <applet load='1d66' size='300' frame='true' align='right' scene='Sandbox/TestScene/1' caption='Your caption here.' />
You'd copy, paste and edit that line of text in editing mode to make another 3D Jmol applet window or click the 3D button and edit appropriately again.
