David Marcey (who is a member here at protopedia) has a nice tutorial of HIV-1 reverser transcriptase, done in JMOL, at his online macromolecular museum.
It would be nice to provide a link to that, at the very least. I'd like to learn more about what Protopedia hopes to do for each molecule/structure.
