BACILLUS CEREUS METALLO-BETA-LACTAMASE (BCII) ARG (121) CYS MUTANT. SOLVED AT PH7 USING 20 MICROMOLAR ZNSO4 IN THE BUFFER. 1MM DTT WAS USED AS A REDUCING AGENT. CYS221 IS OXIDIZED.
