Ephrin receptors (EPH) are components of the cell signaling pathways. They belong to the receptor tyrosine kinases. The extracellular ligand-binding domain (LBD) interacts with ephrin. EPH contains a sterile-α-motif (SAM) domain and a second fibronectin III domain (fn3).
