Basharut A Syed PhD Subject: Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

I have worked in academia and industry in the UK and the US, before joining a consultancy in London where I currently work as a senior consultant/analyst in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector. I have knowledge/expertise in a broad cross-section of the pharma and biotechnology industries and write on a range of topics. Originally a biochemist with R&D experience in genetics and molecular biology, I graduated in biochemistry and also hold a doctorate from University of London (Royal Free and University College Medical School and GKT (Guys Hospital)school of medicine.
