[[Leukotriene C4 synthase]] (LC4S) converts leukotriene A4 and glutathione to leukotriene C4. It is part of the arachidonic acid cycle. The images at the left and at the right correspond to one representative LC4S, ''i.e.'' the crystal structure of human Leukotriene C4 synthase ([[2uui]]).
