Lyme Disease and OspB protein
Lyme disease is caused by the bacterial spirochete Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato. This bacteria spreads by a tick vector. There is a very important at position 253.

|
OspB is an outer surface protein on the spirochete cell wall.
OspB complexed with H6831 Antibody Fab Fragment
