AGGLUTININ IN COMPLEX WITH T-DISACCHARIDE
Overview
Amaranthus caudatus agglutinin contains a novel arrangement of four, beta-trefoil domains. The sugar-binding site provides specificity for the, carcinoma-associated T-antigen disaccharide even when 'masked' by other, sugars.
About this Structure
1JLX is a [Single protein] structure of sequence from [Amaranthus caudatus] with FOR and MBN as [ligands]. Structure known Active Site: S1. Full crystallographic information is available from [OCA].
