The crystal structure of prolyl tripeptidyl aminopeptidase from, Porphyromonas gingivalis was determined. Prolyl tripeptidyl aminopeptidase, consists of beta-propeller and catalytic domains, and a large cavity, between the domains; this structure is similar to dipeptidyl, aminopeptidase IV. The crystal structure of prolyl tripeptidyl aminopeptidase from Porphyromonas gingivalis was determined.
