Structural basis for vesicle tethering by the Dsl1 complex
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 20005805
Function
[SEC39_YEAST] Required for protein transport between the Golgi and the endoplasmic reticulum. May contribute to tethering of coatomer-coated retrograde transport vesicles to the ER membrane through interaction with and stabilization of the SNARE complex.[1] [2]
About this Structure
3k8p is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Kluyveromyces lactis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
