MOTILE MAJOR SPERM PROTEIN (MSP) OF ASCARIS SUUM, NMR, 20 STRUCTURES
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 9878374
Function
[MSP1_ASCSU] Central component in molecular interactions underlying sperm crawling. Forms an extensive filament system that extends from sperm villipoda, along the leading edge of the pseudopod.
About this Structure
3msp is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Ascaris suum. Full experimental information is available from OCA.
