Crystal structure of the pleckstrin homology domain of ArhGAP27
Function
[RHG27_HUMAN] Rho GTPase-activating protein which may be involved in clathrin-mediated endocytosis. GTPase activators for the Rho-type GTPases act by converting them to an inactive GDP-bound state. Has activity toward CDC42 and RAC1 (By similarity).
About this Structure
3pp2 is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Homo sapiens. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
