Crystal structure of yeast Ent2 ENTH domain
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 23553749
Function
[ENT2_YEAST] Binds to membranes enriched in phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(3,5)P2) and phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P2). Required for endocytosis and localization of actin.[1]
About this Structure
4gzc is a 1 chain structure with sequence from Saccharomyces cerevisiae s288c. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
