Crystal structure of Processing alpha-Glucosidase I
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 23536181
Function
[CWH41_YEAST] Cleaves the distal alpha 1,2-linked glucose residue from the Glc(3)Man(9)GlcNAc(2) oligosaccharide precursor highly specifically. Seems to play a role in beta-1,6-glucan synthesis.
About this Structure
4j5t is a 1 chain structure with sequence from Saccharomyces cerevisiae s288c. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
