Human translationally controlled tumor protein (TCTP) is a growth-related, calcium-binding protein. We determined the solution structure and backbone, dynamics of human TCTP, and identified the calcium-binding site of human, TCTP using multi-dimensional NMR spectroscopy. Human translationally controlled tumor protein (TCTP) is a growth-related, calcium-binding protein. We determined the solution structure and backbone dynamics of human TCTP, and identified the calcium-binding site of human TCTP using multi-dimensional NMR spectroscopy.
