Crystal Structure of a Novel-type Phosphoserine Phosphatase Mutant (H9A) from Hydrogenobacter thermophilus TK-6 in Complex with L-phosphoserine
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 23479726
Function
[PSPA_HYDTT] Catalyzes the dephosphorylation of L-phosphoserine to serine and inorganic phosphate. Is poorly or not active toward D-phosphoserine, DL-phosphothreonine, 3-phosphoglycerate, para-nitrophenylphosphate, and fructose-6-phosphate. Does not display phosphoglycerate mutase activity.
About this Structure
4ij6 is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Hydrogenobacter thermophilus tk-6. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
