Crystal Structures of Bacillus subtilis Alkaline Phytase in Complex with Ca2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Mg2+ and myo-Inositol Hexasulfate
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 21463636
Function
[PHYC_BACIU] Catalyzes the hydrolysis of inorganic orthophosphate from phytate. Only phytate, ADP, and ATP were hydrolyzed (100, 75, and 50% of the relative activity, respectively).
About this Structure
3amr is a 1 chain structure with sequence from "bacillus_globigii"_migula_1900 "bacillus globigii" migula 1900. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
