Dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase of glycine decarboxylase from Pisum Sativum
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 10806386
Function
[DLDH_PEA] Lipoamide dehydrogenase is a component of the glycine cleavage system as well as of the alpha-ketoacid dehydrogenase complexes. The pyruvate dehydrogenase complex contains multiple copies of three enzymatic components: pyruvate dehydrogenase (E1), dihydrolipoamide acetyltransferase (E2) and lipoamide dehydrogenase (E3).
About this Structure
1dxl is a 4 chain structure with sequence from Garden pea. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
