About this Structure
2wcd is a 24 chain structure with sequence from Escherichia coli. Though its crystal structure revealed a dodecamer, larger pores have been isolated, as well.
Research on ClyA at UMass Amherst
The Chen Lab, with great assistance from the Heuck lab, has recently published a paper on ClyA.
