[CXP3E_CONPU] Psi-conotoxins act on postsynaptic membranes, and act as non-competitive antagonist of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR). Is more toxic than Psi-conotoxin PIIIF. Has paralytic activity when injected intraperitoneally into goldfish.
