רוביסקו (ריבולוז-1,5-ביספוספט קרבוקסילאז/אוקסיגנאז) הוא האנזים הנפוץ ביותר בכדור הארץ. זהו האנזים המזרז את השלב הראשון במעגל קלווין כחלק מתהליך הפוטוסינתזה.
מבנה
זהו המבנה של השרשרת הגדולה של חלבון הרוביסקו, אשר בנוייה מ-477 . החלבון בנוי רבים. מבנה הרוביסקו הזה נלקח מתרד. המבנה כולל בתוכו גם את הסובסטרט הטבעי שלו - ריבולוז 1,5-ביפוספט (RuBP). המבנה של שניהם התגלה ע"י X-ray crystalography ברזולוציות של 2.1 A ושל 2.4 A בהתאמה.
