2lev has 20 models, from solution scattering + solution NMR (hybrid). It has protein + DNA.
It should load as simplified model (Cα cartoon of model 1) and then available as full model (ensemble).
Full model is fine, but simple model lacks the DNA; something to investigate (we didn't experiment with nucleics when setting up the new script).
