How do we put an mpeg movie in a Proteopedia page?

I successfully uploaded the mpeg file Image:FlagellarAssembly.mpeg

  • The uploaded movie plays in an empty browser window: mpeg

mpeg is a format recognized by Quicktime, therefore .mov applies

This doesn't work: <embed src="/images/9/9c/FlagellarAssembly.mpeg" type="video/mpeg" loop="true" width="320" height="270" />

m4v

Quicktime (licensed) converted the .mpeg to .m4v for ipod.

Could not upload .m4v to Ppda.
