Load Scene Authoring tools Load molecule (start from scratch each time) Make selections, change view for each selection (under style) you might tick off 'show only selected residues' save scene (give it a logical number), newly saved scenes are incremented (scene1/1, scene1,2, scene1,3) automatically- I think close scene authoring tools save page each new scene can take a bit to show up when clicked- be patient
