1. The PDB file generated by PACUPP was uploaded to Proteopedia: Image:2j1n cavities fine small 3 5 20 24.pdb.

2. After modifying the default PACUPP rendering (using PACUPP Peel and Extend commands), I saved a state script (write 2j1n.spt).

3. Using a plain text editor, I commented out the load command near the top of the state script.

4. I loaded the uploaded PACUPP PDB file into this page using the SAT.

5. While in the SAT, I dropped 2j1n.spt into JSmol.

6. I saved the scene getting .
