NOVN_STRNV Carbamoyltransferase that mediates 3'-carbamoylation of the noviosyl ring to produce novobiocin, the final step in the novobiocin biosynthesis pathway. Novobiocincin is an aminocoumarin family antibiotic that targets bacterial DNA gyrases.^[1]
