ESTROGEN SULFOTRANSFERASE WITH PAP

Overview

The structure of estrogen sulphotransferase has been solved in the, presence of inactive cofactor PAP and substrate 17 beta-estradiol. This, structure reveals structural similarities between cytosolic, sulphotransferases and nucleotide kinases.

About this Structure

1AQY is a Single protein structure of sequence from Mus musculus with A3P as ligand. Active as Estrone sulfotransferase, with EC number 2.8.2.4 Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
