Dear Morten: regarding your wishlist item on MSE, what is it exactly that you don't like now? I like the fact that MSE is treated as "ligand", hence listed under LIgands, and its full name displayed along with 3D locations when clicked. According to the PDB format, MSE must be HETATM, hence "ligand" in the PDB sense. I don't see any need to change this.
