Testing the Protein Assemblies generated by PISA: Protein interfaces, surfaces and assemblies service PISA at European Bioinformatics Institute, authored by E. Krissinel and K. Henrick.

In order to load and display a structure, the value for the load= parameter determines what it will be shown:

  • load='2ace' displays the default PDB structure
  • load='2ace/1' displays the first Assembly calculated by PISA
  • load='2ace/n' displays the n Assembly calculated by PISA
