Testing the Protein Assemblies generated by PISA: Protein interfaces, surfaces and assemblies service PISA at European Bioinformatics Institute, authored by E. Krissinel and K. Henrick.
In order to load and display a structure, the value for the load= parameter determines what it will be shown. For some structures PISA calculates more than one possible Assembly.
- load='2ace' displays the default PDB structure
- load='2ace/1' displays the first Assembly calculated by PISA
- load='2ace/n' displays the n Assembly calculated by PISA
