CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF AMARANTHUS CAUDATUS AGGLUTININ
Overview
Amaranthus caudatus agglutinin contains a novel arrangement of four, beta-trefoil domains. The sugar-binding site provides specificity for the, carcinoma-associated T-antigen disaccharide even when 'masked' by other, sugars.
About this Structure
1JLY is a Single protein structure of sequence from Amaranthus caudatus with FOR as ligand. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
